extremely keen, may we respectfully ask that in order to receive free
delivery you try to order items in bulk rather than separate daily

FREE UK NATIONWIDE DELIVERY TO ACCOUNT HOLDERS
UK Nationwide deliveries are Free of Charge, if orders are over £40-00
excluding vat and not over 200Kg in weight. In order to reduce our
overall carbon emissions, and keep our pricing keen, may we
respectfully ask that in order to receive free delivery you try to
order items in bulk rather than separate daily items. Certain bulky /
heavy items or remote delivery areas may be exempt from our standard
delivery terms. This includes photocopy paper orders which will incur
a £15-00 delivery charge. Please call us on 01325 462472 to answer any

RETURNS POLICY
Please advise our sales office of any returns, damages or faulty goods
as soon as possible so that we can deal with your request promptly.
Certain items are exempt from our free returns policy. These include
consumable items that could be part-used. Other exclusions include
items that are normally sold in sealed packaging or items where
personal hygiene may be potentially compromised. These include
products such as Coffee, tea, Inkjet and toner cartridges, Exhibition
Boards, etc. Any returns should be advised within 24 hours on 01325
462 472.
